I think they broke that with a technicality, ie: Hayne was a Rugby Union player at the time, can't do it with Rugby League signings

If Holmes wants out & we dont let him, there is less than zero chance of getting Barba.
If Holmes wants to play fullback, there is zero chance of getting Barba.
If Holmes goes, we are a chance to get Barba if we can match Titans, Parra money.
If holmes gets extended, Barba will be at Cows or Titans.
