Would this be the 1st time that some of jodeci's mail has been inaccurate? ....and thats not a criticism cos i know his mail is normally spot on

when have i been wrong???

Did I say that he signed?

My first post was that he wasn't coming.

Then I heard things could change with Sticky trying to get him to play 1 more year.

You can check all my previous info, never been wrong buddy.

I come on here to help u all out as stagger mentioned I have some contacts in the club and I basically write what I hear.

And it is much appreciated Jodeci, is there any further work on Cronk or other possible signing you can mention?

My word is that all Cronk has to do is convince Melbourne to let him go.
That won't be easy if they are determined to keep him.

Well that's easy. We just need to get Julian O'Neil down there as a consultant. I'm thinking pissing in a pot plant at Crown Casino or perhaps sh!tting in the new CEO's boot ? Alternatively we could get a local like Wayne Carey in to advise on how Cooper could sleep with Cam Smith's Missus.

i would expect none of the big 4 would want to be 1st to jump ship, i dare say the others are waiting for Inglis to sign with Brisbane and then the flood gates might open.

It doesn't make sense for the Storm to let Inglis go, but not Cronk.

Inglis will still be under their cap for next year, probably by as much as $100 000.

Cronk will get what he was is earnig at the Storm at another club, leaving the Storm with more room under the cap in order to keep other players.

It stinks of the Storm just trying to screw us over and help out their brothers in Brisbane.

f**k it's like watching the Bold and the Beautiful, Baz is gonna sign with the eels, then he retires then theres breaking news the we offered him a contract, then Cronk says he wants to stay at the storm, but secretly he wants to leave but the Storm want to keep him. Then Inglis wants to go to Brisbane, then he doesn't now he is.

My head hurts....

Actually the reports are Storm will still be paying $200k of Inglis' salary (that'll hurt them a lot next year) while we are willing to take all of Cronk's (their longest contract), pay Cronk extra and as Cronk was one of the players receiving the paper bag payments then Melbourne can rid them of that extra value next year as well. Releasing Inglis (who wasn't in the paper bag clan) while releasing cap space, doesn't look like the most efficient way of doing so.

Suitman, so are you saying he actually wants to come to Parra?
I don't think it's a matter of if he wants to come to Parra, just whether he wants to stay in Melbourne. The hope is Manly aren't in the hunt
