West-Tigers will be right up for this one. Their starting forwards look better than ours. I don't see anywhere we have a particuIar advantage, except maybe our centres. In their last game the Tigers had crap defence on their wings, and Newcastle scored on both the left and right simply by spinning the ball wide and outflanking the defence. Lomax and Ravalawa could potentially do the same on their side, but I don't think Suli/Feagai can on theirs, and I'm not convinced our forwards can generate any momentum or field position anyway.

Our only other possible advantage is in the halves, and ordinarily you'd say a Hunt-Amone combination is better than a Wakeham-Laurie combo. But then I'm not expecting Hunt to do anything. So I hope he gets hoiked off at half-time, at which point maybe the rest of the team will lift and get us the points.

Congrats to Russell for grabbing a spot.
It’s a f@cking farce that Hunt is named captain. That sh#t stain is a disgrace to the jersey and to the captains who have come before him. Terrible decision
They are tiptoeing around him trying to not give offence hoping they can salvage the situation. That’s what that’s about I reckon
