Kind of like Transformers meets Battle: Los Angeles but on the ocean.

Looks like a CGI action fest. Definately worth checkin out going by the trailers.

Looks like tacky CGI and a transformers clone, which is already a crappy series.

Only redeeming thing about it is that Peter Berg has put his name to it, and he's made some entertaining flicks over the years. ie The Kingdom and Friday Night Lights, as well as Kings Ransom (doco on Wayne Gretzky)

He hasn't really made a bad movie except for perhaps the final act of hancock.

that battleships movie looks terrible, thered be porn movies with less cheesy acting plus talk about stunt casting "rihanna" i wouldnt even watch this on free to air television
