It must gave been a recent decision otherwise surely they would have organised better seats for you. I hope you are on a priority list if better seats become available.

Pretty poor treatment imo.

They tried this on many years ago in teh Cronin Stand, when they tried to shift existing STHs in my bay, so they could build the corporate (open) "boxes". The offer was for inferior ongoing seats, can't remember if there was a discount to sweeten it?

But I think enough of us stood up to the club about it back then that they shifted those open boxes one bay further away than originally planned. Bit rough to let you know after the deal is done, rather than consult with you about it. I tend to agree, with all the personnel changes I don't think the club values it's older/longer serving STH/members very well, or as well as they should.

I think this is disgraceful treatment. You should be top of the list for 4 seats in bay 66.

Atleast there is more room for advertising. I think they should just stick a giant billboard over the replay screen.

Don't give them any ideas. At the SFS the scoreboard puts an ad on over the top of most replays. Very frustrating.

That's exactly what I was wondering.... Didn't renewals close ages ago?? Not good enough Parra.

I called the office yesterday to enquire about why I hadn't received my 2 packs before Xmas, considering I had renewed on day 1, and they looked up my file and told me that it was because I was on the part payment plan. When I explained that I knew of other members on this option who still received the pack,the response was "well they shouldn't have". I then politely said that maybe next year they should make that a little clearer when the offer these things and the girl couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

I have a question to the people saying to Clarkie "tell the club"... Who exactly can we contact at the club in regards to complaints?? And I don't mean over my above issue, because I have had more serious problems in the past. Because everyone I have ever dealt with in Memberships has been so friggin unhelpful and dismissive, it is an absolute waste of breath complaining to them.
