Membership and other merchandise April double header

Old mate here is 3 weeks late.
Redblackbear posted about timelines for merch weeks ago

A bunch of official merchandise is scheduled to drop around April. Shirts, hats, jumpers, scarfs, footy’s etc. Much of it is in-line with New Balance.

Some of the bigger retailers have started putting in their orders. We should see online pre-sale access to general public for these items soon.

Best to keep checking the official Perth Bears site for when it’s updated.

Yes - this is on track for early April. Goal is to have it out prior to the double header (for obvious reasons).

Yeah why is it taking so long? I would’ve thought they want to have people out and about wearing Bears jumpers for promotion.

I would have thought they could have hyped up the jersey in the lead up to the double header which is only a couple of weeks away… maybe unveiled it then

There seems to be more hype over here about the team than over there… particularly in the media ..perhaps the Perth locals can advise otherwise ?

A cap and polo is comparable to the jersey?

Seems an unnecessary tease to have that long wait for the jersey in what is a developing market

yeah stagger releases, maximise interest.
August is still 7 months before they play a game and closer to christmas to ramp up. dont see an issue.

Agree to disagree …. There is crickets at the moment…and a cap mightn’t change that

Noting much coming out of the club, the odd 15min podcasts. I guess when you can't use the players in promos then it's hard to promote stuff.
But I would have thought more merch and memberships would be available by now.

I absorb everything they put out … and it looks like Beers posts much if not all the internet media here …so we are probably across it all here .. not much hype from what I can see… maybe they don’t want to shoot their load too early…

Hope they have some good merch lined up at the double header at least… wouldn’t mind buying something myself

to be fair most of the hype is on perth bears social media like perth bears supporters facebook. lots of west aussies there are most super excited & hyped.

i think theres only minimal west aussies in this forum. lucky to even touch a dozen?
