Ofcourse he isnt in the buy of the season betting bracket. He hasnt even played first grade yet. Noone here is saying he is the Messiah, most people just realise he is an extremely talented kid who did some special things in NYC and people are hoping he is able to take his game to the next level.

Why anyone would have an axe to grind about a young player before he has laced a boot in the NRL is beyond me.

I don't have a problem with Coastbloke wanting Gidley in the halves but to continually death ride a young player before he has had a chance to prove himself is beyond a joke.

Thanks for asking but I've spent enough money on tix, merchandise etc etc at NRL games on the Coast and in Newcastle to safely say yes not only that, I'd like a Premiership this year which is why my team has a better chance than what's being pushed on here..
