If there is any karma in the world, the bloke deserves to go out a grand final winner

i think everyone forgets that buderus conceded his hooker position to smith (for the birth of his kid), it was not taken off him, though he couldnt get it back

Remember it well, and much prefer the whole hearted style of player Buderus is.

Great to see him back in the winners circle after a dissapointing end with bloody Brian Smith.

Hope he doesn't damage his back anymore tho, coming back that early from a microd was irresponsible and dangerous - but he seems right.

Just 2 more games for this absolute champion player and man. There can be no greater motivation than wanting to send this guy out a winner. He's the main reason I know our blokes will turn up yet again this weekend and throw everything they've got left in the tank at the Roosters.

He is the last from our golden era and one of our greatest (I hold him on par with Johns, not second). This man has bled for us so the players need to go out there this weekend and bleed for him. Likewise the fans need to turn out in droves and honour him.

LOL you got that one RABK. But there's another quote in there you might pick up from one of my favourite movies.

I'll give you a hint. He didn't know he was kissing his sister at the time.

I'm thinking empire strikes back with the whole kissing sister thing, but i'm not picking up the quote.

Sorry guys the quote is lodged in my head and I just realised it comes from the original Star Wars novel written by George Lucas. I don't think it made the film, or else was cut out in the re-mastered version.

It's basically at the point where Darth Vader senses Obi-Wan presence on the Death Star and the quote goes something along the lines of "he is the last of the Jedi and also the greatest. I must deal with him alone".

I'll check the book when I get home for accuracy but it's been lodged in my head as one of my favourite quotes ever.

Also CH - Something something dark side is bloody hilarious
