So, it's ok to berate the Tigers for having a bandwagon when I can't recall anyone denying it, yet your only comment after being confronted is that you don't like the Cowboys bandwagon because it makes it difficult for you to take a "come and get me big boy" pose on the Dairy Farmers hill?

BTW, did you know it's great to be premiers?

Don't be a dope.

The difference between the Cowboys' worst and best seasons crowd-wise is almost the same as the Tigers' difference.

I think you forgot to answer the question about the Cowboys crowds from 1995-2001. Or are you leaving Ink posted on this one?

I'm not sure what a "come and get me big boy" pose is. If it's what I'm thinking, I'm not surprised that you do though.

Anyway ask NQ fans their opinion of Tim Sheens.

Sheens had almost immediate success at Penrith, guiding them to their first finals appearance ever.

He took Canberra to their first ever grand final victory, and then won two more grand finals at the club.

He turned Wests Tigers around from the most ill-disciplined club in the game to premiers in 3 years.

There's a common theme of Sheens bringing success to every club he goes to.

And given that Sheens has brought massive success to every club he's been at except NQ could it be that it wasn't Sheens that was the problem at the Cowboys?

So all the credit goes to Sheens when his teams do well and it's someone else's fault when the Cowboys didn't? That's a bit of a copout. Sheens is obviously a great coach but you have to take the good with the bad

Anderson was a dead average player who would never have played for Australia if not for the Bullfrog. One of the most overrated players of all time.

very true...
He married Bullfrogs daughter and got the coaches job also at the Berries...ask the Wok about the boys club that was there for years -

but he was a just above average Winger in a good side.

Every other Aussie coach for the last umpteen years.(0)

Yes, such a tragedy that the international game is finally interesting. I wanted to see Australia win 60-0 for the rest of my life

Funny how you never give credit to the Kiwi's.

Anderson led Storm to the premiership in 99 and that was only on the back of some very good players at the time...he then bought his son Ben Anderson to the club who in my eyes was the worst Storm player to play first grade ever.

Ando then jumped into bed with Kimmorley and the rest is history !!.

Obviously some of the blame for the poor performances of the Cowboys during Sheen's time there must go to Sheens, but the facts speak for them selves.

Every club Sheens has been to he's brought success to. He took Penrith from the brink of oblivion to their first ever finals series. He took Wests Tigers from the brink of oblivion to a premier ship. He created a dynasty at Canberra.

But something went wrong at North Queensland.

I'm suggesting that rather then blaming Sheens entirely for the performance of NQ that in light of his ability to create success even in extremely adverse condition like he faced when he began coaching Wests and Penrith that there were other circumstances at NQ that led to those problems.

Ah, selective reporting. You should work in the NSW media.

What makes you think I don't.

If you have an issue with something Ink said, take it up with him.

I had an issue with something you said in reply to a post of mine, I took it up with you.

If you're still having trouble understanding that, let me know.

He did similar at the Sharks with Jarrad. Two blokes that should never have been alllowed to play NRL.
