Benny Elias - Does he have Brain Damage?

The 70's-80's is the roughest era of the game, so I think we'll see more and more Mario stories in coming years. It's sad, hopefully there's no suicides.

That interview with Ian Roberts a few years ago when he talked about his concussions was interesting. That part where he said he couldn't remember where he parked his car, after coming back to the ground from the hospital the next day was alarming.

it wasn't that it was the toughest period but maybe a pretty violent era...because of the drug use esp steroids that wern't well researched.....plenty of the times in the mid 80's speed was passed around before games....whatever speed was??...so yeah the roids and other pills could make someone pretty crazy before games i reckon

Agree, i actually like what Kent has to say. Calls it as it is and does offer something. Unlike the other muppets beetroot face and co.

Kentucky is probably my favourite journo, I'll admit I couldn't stand him before but I'm starting to warm to him now. Guy makes a lot of sense when he speaks

He says a lot of good stuff but has a few monumental brain snaps here and there. 360 is the best NRL show though.

They need to reduce NRl360 to twice a week. One show have Graham and Burgess or two other decent speaking character players on, and the other one have the coaches. Its painful siting through Moore and Elias and the merkins from the newspapers who pop up on it. You would comfortably rate it the poorest of the Fox NRL shows and barely above the footy show for content and presenters. Its trying to be a Sunday Roast type show and failing badly.

It's the best footy related show for me. I don't like a few of the people on it though.

Look at who are asking the questions, Rothfield, Crawley, Ritchie, Kent, what's their excuse? Real mental giants of the zoo.

The first nrl 360 after origin 1, when describing QLDs performance i remember Rothfield saying 'QLD didn't have many good players. I thought their best was, geez whats his name, the big red headed guy from the roosters'
This is supposed to be our leading league journalist.

My favourite Rothfield moment was when he went on a rant saying the teams don't take drug issues seriously as Jesse Bromwich played against the cowboys on the weekend when he should have been stood down.

It was then pointed out he in fact didn't play as he had been stood down.
