Dirty ass Kiwis, poor casey mcguire, betham is a thug

Pot, kettle, black? The fight had broken up, the referee was in the middle of it, Betham was walking away, and hello, "poor Casey McGuire" king hit Betham from behind (Not Williams proportions but cheap). So what happened? Guttenbeil showed some comradery and showed Casey a thing or two about trying to belt the Warriors captain. Good stuff Awen, poor taste Casey.

Mid 2001- Monty on Steve Reardon, Warriors v Bulldogs
2003- Warriors v Broncos, Guttenbeil, Koopu, Betham on Webb, McGuire and some other boofhead
2002- PJ Marsh holding back Shane Webcke for Champo Campo to lay the smack down

THAT is not biff. Two on one... i would've loved to see Webby and Campo to go toe to toe, one on one.

If it walks like biff, talks life buff, quacks like biff, it probably is biff. If Reggie boy gets excited over it, chances are its biff. Webcke tried to throw a couple but Campion counter punched and that was the end of that. PJ may have helped (by holding Webcke, not be throwing shots), but the Brisbane pussies could have been just as cheeky.

Finally, a shot in league that landed with authority.

I wonder if you'd call it like that if someone held you whilst another took a few swings at your punk ass?

Again Kiwi, you missed the point. Its becoming a bit of a habit to have to spell it out to you. Firstly Anderson was not a successful coach (despite a near 60% record with supposed ranked cellar dwellars), then the Warriors didn't play that bad against the Broncos and would go alright through the year... Now this?

Webcke was in the midst of throwing a punch, Campion counter-punched and struck before Webcke. Thats the basis of good boxing. When an opportunity opens itself you have to hit before you get hit. PJ held his waist, not his swinging arm.

The team which is the toughest has to be the Warriors

Only a fool would mess with them(Webcke, Macguire)

And its not all dirty, look at the way Meli hits people in tackles!!!!!!

theres alot of talk about the warriors vs broncos game in round 24 last year. if you watch it you will see that casey mcguire was trying to get in between koopu and webb and then betham started laying into him! betham threw about 8 cheap shots before mcguire even knew what was going on. betham is a merkin. he fully deserved the cheap shot from mcguire.

Wow you had to go back how many rounds to have a dig? Been saving that one up have we? I guess you have to grasp at something, what with the way the year is going for you. You failed to mention that Warriors fans said the Broncos couldn't improve from that game and would barely make the 8 if at all after that game. I guess you do prefer to just pick out what makes you look good.

You said Marsh held Webcke for Campo in your first post, then in the next he may have "helped" by holding Webcke, now he didn't help, so which one is it now, which one suits your arguement currently?

The way I remember it was that Koopu was to blame. Betham got driven back in a tackle by Webb and McGuire and had a little hissy fit because he couldn't handle it, and then he and Webb started trading blows. Then Koopu quite mysteriously took exception to Casey McGuire's very existence and started laying into him for absolutely no reason, which started the brawl :?

Anyway, it's all fun and games until someone loses an eye or a cheekbone.

i watched it at nrl.com and what happened was -
1. big driving tackle on monty betham by carl webb and casey mcguire.
2. while on the ground betham, struggling to get carl webb off him decides to punch him in the head.
3. carl webb reacts by punching betham in the head.
4. koopu sees that and jumps over the top of betham and mcaguire and starts throwing punches at webb.
5. webb gladly retaliates and the two trade blows.
6. mcguire sees that and decides to try to break it up.
7. betham gets up and grabs mcguire for no reason whatsoever and starts punching the f**k out of him. betham landed about 7 before mcguire knew what happened.
8. the two fights are broken up amidst an all in push and shove.
9. mcguire punches betham in the side of the head while betham was not even looking
10. guttenbiel takes a great exception to that and throws an uppercut intended for mcguire who is hiding in between a group of warriors and broncos.
11. guttenbiel isnt happy with his mis hit so he grabs mcguire by the jersey and pulls him out of the group and throws about 4 uppercuts most of which connect.
12. its all broken up.
13. mcguire to the bin
14. webb to the bin.
15. betham to the bin
16. guttenbiel to the bin.
