I don't know if this has been made a thread before but what does everone think? I think the solo in November Rain by Guns and Roses is up there. Don't really like the song but the solo is amazing.

Brillant choice

The original version is good however the live version is just amazing.

The part at the end which i'm asumeing when he holds the b & e strings on possibly the 15th or 17th fret then slides it then incorperates the whammy with a little delay...brillant.

I've always liked the guitar solos to the Garden by Gunners also.

Who heard Hogie's Metal Challenge this week on JJJ?

He had to find the fastest metal guitarist.
Bloody hell some of the stuff he played was frightening.

the Bloke from Dream Theatre is a freak ,and if you can "somehow" get your hands on a little guitar thing
done by the guy from Extreme.
It's him doing a solo to a drum click track , the title has bumblebee in it ( it's not flight of the bumblebee) .

Amazing.
