Windowlicker is more disturbing than good, IMO. Come to Daddy by Aphex Twin is a much better video.

As for the best, Everlong by the Foo Fighters.

Word skeepe. In fact, just about anything by Michel Gondry. He's got a DVD out featuring a heap of his best work. Fell In Love With A Girl, Everlong, Let Forever Be, Around The World, all the Bjork ones and others. Star Guitar is probably my favourite but tbh they are all so entertaining. Must buy for music videophiles.
