Too many drugs for you. Minichiello is not the greatest ever Australian fullback. Even if you were to go with a modern-day player, Darren Lockyer would have to be the logical choice there.

Wendell Sailor on the wing? Buderus our greatest ever hooker?

Oh and as for David Furner, whilst my natural Raiders bias dictates that I agree with you, common sense overrules and says that he played nowhere near enough internationals to be considered an all-time great.

Interesting. I guess with Edge and Ella, and Kenny for Lewis, you have given club form a fair weighting there. Who's your lock?

I'd have Kenny every time over Lewis. Just a phenomenal talent for the game. Edge as captain to keep the egos in check as well as being a great hooker.

The Parra team of the early 1980's was the best side I ever saw.

lol @ no lock.

No lock, they wouldn't need one.

Raper of course. I'll fix it.

spot on.
Mullins, Lockyer, Brasher, Badge, Langlands all off my head, hands down ahead of mini for best aussie fullback
Sailor and Buderus are not even in the same league as some of thier australian represenitive counter parts. And Dave is a legend, great bloke and more then a handy player, but not near the greats that have played in the back row for Australia

In The Last Ten Seasons, what alternative is there to the squad i named for NZ, all players deserve to be there, and only an idiot would question that

Kearney, Nikau, Jones, Ngamu, Hoppe, Wiki, Eru, Kidwell, Iro Deserve to be there 9/17 no question about that
Barnett for everyone who thinks he is a dud, is possibly the best centre to have put on the jersey in the modern ages, he definately smokes webster or utai or lolesi or vainikolo or anyone else i missed, any of them players if eligible would not make the australian side, barnett would be pushing, especially after mals retirement, there was renouf, and he was far better than mcgregor, and probably mark coyne.

Blackmore i chucked in, because i was running out of ideas, i still think he was a better centre than the ones above i compared with barnett, but i was tossing between blackmore and shontayne hape

Phil Blake, Gary Freeman, Greg Alexander are some notables i didnt include, that might be the reason why you are dissing this team of mine.

Lauititi Maybe, Tony Tatupu was a legend for the kiwis, but imo the forward pack i got, is almost unstoppable, so couldnt include either of them

although pritchard and sbw, may have more potential then some of my names in the forward pack , they havent played enough test football, for me to consider them.

NZ
1. Ivan Cleary
2. Francis Meli
3. Richie Barnett Y
4. Willie Talau Y
5. Sean Hoppe Y
6. Gene Ngamu Y
7. Stacey Jones Y
8. Joe Vagana
9. Syd Eru Y
10. Quentin Pongia Y
11. Ruben Wiki Y
12. Stephen Kearney Y
13. Tawera Nikau Y

14. Terry Hermannson
15. David Kidwell Y
16. Tony Iro Y
17. Henry Paul

no way that the players ive marked, cant be questioned as to why they are there

everyone else, has some reason as to why they are there

how old are you kiwi fans seriously, 95% of you wouldnt go further back than 2000, to name your teams

More like only an idiot would have Ivan Cleary in that side, and only a moron would mention Phil Blake and Greg Alexander as possibles! Alexander played for Aus ffs, are you even serious?
