STEVE PRICE-one guy you never should of let go
We didn't have much choice. The Warriors were offering him an extra $120,000 a year compared to what we offered him (more or less what we only had left) and considering the Warriors got done being over the salary cap... well...!

Also, we had to think of our future at the time. Sure we could've offered Pricey a much bigger, longer contract, however that would've meant loosing at least 2 of either SBW, Mason and/or Anasta. We managed to re-sign Mason and SBW over the next 12 months.

Hindsight is a great thing, isn't it?

That doesn't even compare to the Thurston/Anasta fiasco. We let Johno go largely because Anasta only for him to the leave us for the Roosters the following off-season.

This always causes me great anger

I voted Patten. Was close to voting Andrew Ryan.

They are true club men and stayed loyal to the Bulldogs, likewise El Masri. Sherwin got crapped on there so dont blame him or leaving (re: i think it was the Anasta/Matua fiasco)

Has to be Patten, just from Hazem.

Pricey definitely deserves a mention. He was captain during a very tough period and did a brilliant job. Class act.
