Wot's the go with the Cov haters??? He might lack speed but he does most other things right. He kept Inglis pretty quiet in the Storm game. Sure his kicking is off at the moment but I reckon he'll come good. I'd like to see him play a game at centre. I reckon he'd go OK and could benefit the bloke outside him. IMO centres are our BIG weakness at the moment - no precision, no incision, and more holes than a Swiss cheese.

What's the reasoning behind starting Cuthbo and benching Dougy Millers?

Guessing it's to ensure either Snowy or Dougy are always on the field?

Only thing I don't like about Gallen at 5/8 is that it seems at the moment he tries to do too much as it is which hurts his overall effort. Move him to 5/8 and it might get even worse.

I actually think it's time he started getting benched.

Agree there as he is a player that allows passion, effort and commitment to over ride a game plan. He unsettles back line formation when he darts across the three quater line looking to suck the defence in - unfortunately he shortens the amount of room outside and while doing so there is no quality or fast enough three quater to take advantage of opportunity created on the inside when the defence is sliding.

Maybe Smith will add a difference in buidling a plan with a controlled and structed plan of attack. Patience seems to be the biggest let down of late and it has been evident in the ball handling.

Gal fires best when we control the ruck with a quick roll on and quick shift to the fringes.
