Just got back to Newcastle after watching the thunder game and the beach balls had the crowd more interested than the game. Reed seemed way to quick for anyone to hit. Cosgrove looked more like kasiano than a cricket player. Kids had fun but even they were more interested in the beach balls.

I nearly threw up when I heard that Victorian commentator name the two ends of the ground after GWS players.

Also security wouldn't let us take soft drink cans into the ground as they could be thrown and cause damage. When I pointed out the many people with full size cricket bats and cricket balls walking in he had no answer but to say you can't take cans into ground as they can be used to cause damage and that's the rule. Sports ground security must be the dumbest pricks in the world.
