Agree. Can't believe they picked Paris ahead of him.

All Paris has going for him is he's a better bat.

Im fine with paris there on potential to give him a taste. He has buckets of potential. Its a couple of the other bowlers like boland or richardson id have behrendorff in front of.

Even then id wait to the end of the series to play paris. Give hazlewood a rest

Not sure if Waugh is that keen on him though

He was asked about him on air the other night and he said they didn't pick him as he has only just come back from an injury. You might be right though, could just be a convenient excuse to leave him out.

Behrendorff not being in the odi side is a crime.

I totally agree, both Behrendorff and Tye are better bowlers than Paris,if you consider Hogg than Paris arguably is only the Strikers 4th best bowling option, possibly a shandy ahead of Willey and Agar.
Behrendorff is the strikers go to man,Paris early spell last night was rubbish up against the top order batsmen,he was getting belted! while his final spell was good, was it due to the fact that his team mates had removed the better batsmen before hand.

Blistering cameo from James 'The Real Great Man' Hopes there.

Still seems a bit short - the pitch and conditions are as good for batting as you could get. Overs 18 and 19 hurt, just 6 runs off each.
