Bill Harrigon's gone mad

In this weeks RLW Bill suggested the introduction of a forward pass rule.

Each team would get 2 forward passes per half that have to go at least 10 meters forwward, if caught the tackle count restarts if dropped, ummmm, cant remember but yeah.

he says something along the line of imagine johns shaping to kick and then hurling it downfield for a tahu for a touchdown or some garbage and how excited the crowd would be.

Anyway, what new rule what would you guys like to see if any??
