Bird to 6 ?

Surely it has come to the stage where Cartwright has to consider playing Bird at 6. He has more ball playing skills and footy brains than anyone else left at the club. Zillman is too soft to play n the front line of defence. Capewell is too soft to play NRL in any position

I think he'll be a great pickup for you. Had a pretty disjointed season so far, but you could see the talent was there.

lol ... I totally agree with you ... he really needs some time to settle in ... Newie didn't give it to him but then again their halves are as erratic as ours.

I don't mind Zillman in the centres but I think he is really a fullback now, however, Capewell needs that space and he doesn't get it at 6. Interesting choice by Cartwright.

He is wrapped up still for 2012, 2013 option. Don't think he will be going anywhere.
