The way he’s going, bj is going to cost us more games than win them.

He’s almost completely out of control.

He’s only good to keep Lucy close to optimum.

I think it’s when he tries too hard he loses his shit. He just needs to settle sometimes and pick his moments. Take the dirty hit up, and defend well. The rest will come but don’t go looking for the hero play every set

It's not that hard but he can't seem to do it.

Yep, but he wasn’t the only one trying impossible passes in traffic, hopefully this is addressed this week?

The thing that frustrates me (and obviously previous coaches that have punted him) is the offloads in the red zone. I’m pretty sure he did it atleast twice. Cheap ball to the opposition that could have been avoided

I actually thought the one to the Jet was on, Pity Roberts was just standing there like a stunned mullet

There is a lot to answer for but I won’t stick the nail in the coffin just yet. I believe in redemption

Was it BJ who flipped out a pass on our try line, with Raiders players all around him? Diabolical

Hes got it in his head to play whatever percentage of his game outside of instructions and he’s obviously getting drunk on this self serving bullshit.

Team members can’t rely on him, let alone Madge and he’s getting too many of his own calls wrong.

It’s only annoying because we all know what he could be, one of the most feared backs on earth and I want him to succeed.

Ok, a couple of rounds grace, but I get the feeling he’s just f**king around. We have a new side and the blokes from last year should be trying to make a good impression. That includes not vomiting all over the game when they feel like it.

Madge is trying to instill discipline, and the other players must see bj and wonder what it takes to lose your spot. Lucy is the little brother so he can’t turn him.

Bj is an experienced and capable player, big and fast, we are only really asking him to roll his arm over. He could do that in his sleep.

Well that is BJs problem for already acting like a dickhead his whole career so yes he would be on report cos people like him made a bad reputation for themselves. The game he played before we signed him he was the best player on ground in the GF and probably whole final series. Players like him are worth a gamble it hasnt paid off yet.

Yeah but he farked all of that up by being a dickhead that stuffed up a gift try by trying to be a hero and not passing the ball.

Im fairly sure we signed Luch first and he suggested to Madge that BJ might be interested in coming over. I dont think what happens to BJ especially if he continues to carry on, effects Luch.

My hope is this; We have a stack of cash this year. Im looking at our squad and where to spend it. To be a center and half are the obvious choices.

Dogs are already in the press reportedly offering Staggs $800k, Thats overs, but hes the best center off contract. Im still pissed we didnt have a crack at Flannagan.

Matai used to make dumb juvenile plays regularly, but was still one of the most devastating centres in the game during his days. Wish Madge would call Hasler up and ask what he did to keep his rogue centre focused 95% of the time.

The way Matai used to just absolutely belt merkins was the best. Difference between him and BJ is that Matai would put everything on the line every single f**king play.

Matai was easily my equal favourite player to watch ..Apparently off field even his team mates new when to shut up around him.
He seemed to take pride in keeping the tackle legal if possible , I don’t remember him being baited easily - who’d be silly enough, but he definitely had that fear factor.
