Blair having second thoughts ?

If Blair actually watched that piss poor effort tonight and has not already signed I bet he is having second thoughts. If he wants to join a successful club he won't come ,if it is for the money only he will probably sign. If he does not sign and we have unloaded all these players someone is going to look awfully stupid.

He'd be having second thoughts alright, I'm having second thoughts of supporting this mob as I am sure they are going to kill me with the crap they put on week in week out!!!

Adam Blair, the man who is set to take up a huge stash of cash out of the Tigers cap and forced Bryce Gibbs, Andrew Fifita and Todd Payten -- and possibly Heighington -- to move on, is still to put pen to paper.

WTF is going on?

There has to be more to it. I find it impossible to believe that they're letting all these players go for Adam Blair.

Surely theres another high profile player being targeted, or already signed.

I suppose i wait to see what happens next year because if there isn't another big signing and this time next year we are still in the same hole im gonna give it up. I dont take losses very well and my family life is suffering because of it not to mention money wasted on them.

Are we the only ones that see this, the players being offloaded would blossom under Bennett and yet at times our coach cant get them to have a dig.

Apart from the obvious (Sheens) how do u go from a premiership high to this SHIT, f**k me.

I'm thinking there has to be another forward coming that we don't know about. We can't shed all the experienced forwards we have without some one else (other than Blair) filling the void.

Blair, if he comes, is a bit like Eastwood from the Dogs. He is basically a second rower that gets pushed up to prop when playing for New Zealand. They lift for those games but are not week in week out genuine props.

I hope there is another experienced prop in the mix somewhere. I can't see how Sheens can say to Hino he doesn't fit the plans of the club next year without someone else doing it.

All these rumours and innuendos and assumptions are driving us all nuts. Is there an official deadline for mid season signings..30th June?? Some clarity would be good

Well the quotes talk of recruiting and developing size. We've heard about Blair, and we can assume there are one or two kids coming through the ranks... but I can't help but wonder what the club has got up its sleeve. Ellis came from out of nowhere, and then there was that All Black feller - the one that got away... not to mention Tuqiri... Begs the question, who's next?

There's been more than one over the past half decade...."we thought we had him".

But hopefully the club has a player (or two) waiting in the wings.
