You know what's piss weak? Not even attempting to catch bombs.

Even Utai would have done better at fullback. He may be a f**king midget but at least he will jump and TRY and catch the f**king thing.

If Moltzen is anything he's a f**king reserve grader.

As for Blair, I already said he's a bludger.

Blair has put in the last two weeks. He even made a couple of good runs last night.

As per macnaz Fulton is a better player than Blair. I think Blair is better than Heighno at the moment and he might find his role in the team but BMM is a better player than Blair now and Ellis is 20 times the player that Blair is.

I have no idea what to do with Blair. He looks like a bit player - i.e. a player who can fit into a team in a limited role.

All the media and punters are saying Blair needs time to adjust to our style, blah blah, blah.

As someone here said . . . just tuck the fkkn thing under your wing and run. Run hard. Next set, run even harder.
Sooner or later, he will find his place and fit in to whatever style we are peddling at the time.

He seems dis-interested with our team and it's relative success or especially failure. He takes limited hit-ups, and rarely looks for off-loads. He just doesn't seem to run the same good lines that he did at Melbourne. Yeah, I know our jumper ain't purple, but FFS if your talent is identifying a defensive opening for you to run at . . . . then it don't mean Jack if you have only played for 2 weeks in a different colour jumper. The hole is there and you make it happen. You know what to look for . . you see it unfolding . . and you make your run.

The biggest disappointment from last night was when Blair dropped that ball cold in a perfect field position on the first . . . . and he had the look of " well, I don't give a F$%K". There was no hand in the air for an apology, no look of shame, remorse, WTF did I do that for, . . .nothing. He just had this blank, couldn't give a f**k look on his half a fkkn million dollar waste of fkkn money, face.
Now that I've got that off my chest . . .which way to the Moltzen thread ?

"Not even attempting to catch bombs" is a bit of a stretch. On both occasions the ball could, and should, have been caught by either player but they just got in each others' way. The problem was a lack of communication, not a lack of will.

Correct but peeps just wan't to make up shit to justify their hatred towards Moltzen.

Yes continue to defend him. He refuses to contest bombs. Paint it however you like but he's a liability.

We will agree to disagree. I have said time and time again he is little more than a running five eighth.

We made the right call cutting him last year and should have stuck to our guns. Karma is now biting the club on the arse and they deserve it.

Lets face it, had Lui not belted his Mrs for thr second time he would be our #7 and we'd be laughing at Moltzen not contesting bombs at fullback for the Dragons.

Just saw the figures for Gibbs and Fifita against the Dragons. Adds another dimension to this decision to buy Blair...he'd want to come good soon!!!

What Bennett has to say about Darius Boyd.
The coach has never lost faith but impatient Knights fans have been waiting to see the player who regularly ignited the Dragons' back line in the past three years.

''He's reminding me a little bit of Adam Blair at the Tigers,'' Bennett said. ''I've worked with Adam Blair, I know what a good player he is, and he's just struggling with the Tigers. … It happens sometimes.

Impatient Knights fans a just like the impatient Tiger fans:)

Declining to carry on like a spoiled brat in favour of taking an objective viewpoint is not the same as defending someone. Just sayin'.

I would understand where you were coming from if this was the first time it happened. It isn't.

Timid Tim was a liability for most of last season under the high ball too.

I can't think of one footy player I would describe as soft. But geez Moltzen is close. He just doesn't like the physical stuff and he hasn't since the day he came into first grade.

Absolutely he is a liability.

Lui is Soft as well. (all bullshit about what happened off field aside)

He was scared to put himself in front of an attacker, always tried to grab them side on by the arm.

His timid defence was worse than Moltzen's.

But they are both the most pathetic defenders I've ever seen in the NRL.

Sandow misses a shitload of tackles, but he's having a crack, trying to pull off big hits and what not every week.

Interesting comments in my opinion.

A couple of things stood out to me:-

1. He called Benji NZ's most talented player.
2. He stated that Blair would eventually get there.
3. Both of them are not performing at test level and Blair at club level.

Blair has been ordinary - not terrible but ordinary.

I hate to say it but Benji simply doesn't seem to be getting rid of the crap in his game.
