In the game last year at Leichhardt against Melbourne, Blair actually had a go,which could not be said about others involved in that game.

Erm........and his other 25 games in 2012?

Indeed he busted his arse against his former club. Remember it well mostly because of the huge lift for that game from previous games and huge drop in performance immediately next round. One suitable performance in 2012.

First 12 rounds this year shameful.

Media criticism and more importantly move to prop since then has finally seen him performing at a first grade standard. It shouldnt be that hard to motivate a guy....but it is.

Exactly.....that's what I'm getting at.....the lazy f..k.r didn't feel obliged to have a dig until he played his former club,he may feel the same this weekend.

Lets also remember Sheens gave him a 'get out of goal free' card by saying last year he did not expect him to perform last season. A whole season to settle in for a NRL grade, NZ international player? With that latitude given, no wonder he didn't give a f***. Unfortunately Blair has taken a long time to realise there is a new sherrif in town that doesn't accept such excuses. Hopefully this realisation of the implications of his continued non performance (sacking and loss of reputation and pay packet) has caused him to pull his finger out and get involved. He has stated before he doesn't like front row but I think even he realises this is his best position at WT. If he doesn't like it, he can go.

Blair has been really good since he's moved to the front row. We've all bagged the sh!t of him in the past (and rightly so), but it's nice to see that people are giving him props (no pun intended) now that he's playing well.

There is one thing Blair does better than anyone in the comp...quick play the balls. Have a look after each one his hit-ups, his quick play the balls really get us on the front foot. Now that we have Robbie back, this should be even more beneficial. I'd like him to add the occassional offload into his game and I'd then be very happy.

Correct !. I think people confusing him playing better with him playing good. I still am yet to see a game where against any opposition he has been the most dominant forward on the field. With all the hype and money paid for him you would expect to see that at the least occasionally.

This is very true, it's certainly baby steps.

Well this week would be a bloody good time to start dominating.

Im a Blair hater, but give him the credit he deserves.
He is not playing like a 500K player but he is playing like a very good first grader at prop.
Making good metres and not missing too many tackles.
Thats all I could ask of him. He is putting in 100% as well and not going missing.

He will never give us value for his 500K.
Should only have ever been signed for 300K in the first place.
Thanks Sheenius.

He looks to me like a quality player now. He is outplaying Woods or pretty close to it recently. Prop or lock playing as a prop is his position.

Just fantastic last night v NZ. Has been since moved to prop.
Must stay at prop even with Galloway back.

Agreed. I only caught the first half but he looked really good in the first 20. Was putting in some effort with his carries and pulled off some good tackles. I hope we continue to see that form from him at prop. Still not a $500k worth prop but good nonetheless.

He impressed for the first 20 minutes then went a little quite, but he was not the only one as the Warriors began to get a roll on as the match progressed. We really need a few more forwards that can dent the oppositions line.Sue and BMM do, however others simply amble up to the line gaining little advantage for the WT.
