Yes they were shockers but Quade is generally a pretty good kicker, he isn't world class but I guess that could be the difference in a clash when the opposition has someone like Carter to handle the duties.

The first two quotes certainly make your claim seem superfluous; when you lose you have a sook and try to deflect the fact you lost. What is the point? Pretty much every person in the world accepts you guys will win the WC, I don't see why you need to be bitter about the Tri-Nations.

Thats utter crap.. the simple fact is only one country took the tri-nations seriously this year... both SA and NZ played second string teams in this tournament.. the wannabies deserved to win tonight they are a hard team to beat at home.

They certainly did arse-rape the All Blacks in the first half. Probably the most perfect half of rugby I've seen the Wallabies put out there in ages. The AB's came back, of course, but it was great to see the Wallabies step back up and take the win. The Aussie forwards were immense tonight. Just abrasive and hard hitting. That try by Samo was fantastic.

Good game...I don't usually watch Union all that much but I did enjoy that. IMO both teams are close, despite NZ media mocking AB opposition in their usual superior, arrogant way.
Well done to the Aussies- Great first half by them to steam ahead...then the ABs did well after h/t to hit back and nearly spoil the party for them...and a great finish. Well done to both teams, and I look forward to their WC match up, should be great.

WC ticket sales in oz have been very slow, they wont come over to see their side get hammered.

Give them a whiff of WC glory, they'll be over here in droves = good bussiness.
