Don't worry guys. All will be good once they bring in Kaka, Ronaldo, Torres, Buffon, Messi, Ribery, Casillas, Terry during January.

"You only came for the City!"

More relieved than anything to get back in the winner's circle. Let's do Blackburn on Monday.

That was a bit of a turn around to the last few weeks, especially last week.. I watched till about the 60 minute mark, was surprised they didn't score more when i saw the final score this morning.

I am glad i have Ireland in my fantasy teams..

As you know well enough Mong, a win or two and this comp and you can go rocketing up the table. Hopefully we can get on a bit of a roll now.

You don't have to tell me about that..

Ever thought what would be more "fun", supporting a top4 club and winning things all the time or supporting clubs like Man City or West Ham who have massive ups and downs, the only thing you can guarantee with these clubs is that with the ups you know they will find some way to f*ck it up royally, and when it's downs it's as dire as it gets..

The last 10 weeks of the season Hammers stayed up on the last day with the win at old trafford and Sheff scum went down was the most enjoyable end of a season i can remember ever.. Talk about ups and downs..

I don't think Man U fans (for example) could relate too well..

No way, all the sh*t you have to go through to get the ups makes it that much sweeter.

The other night at Cheers whilst the Man U game was on it was funny listening to their fans. As Stoke went within minutes of a great result the united fans were sweating like the champions league was on the line. They are so unaccustomed to ups and downs that they don't know how to handle it.

Some of the pearlers i heard

"That ronaldo is a top player, but he f**ken does so many stupid things during the match"

"Rooney is a rubbish footballer"

Now these two comments just sound so stupid its not funny. I don't often praise anything from Salford, but those two players are guns and have been the mainstay of UNited's success the last couple seasons.

They proceeded to get into a shouting match with liverpool fans, and they tried singing a couple of songs but were too geniused. They threw a few insults at the MCFC massive that had assembled, but it was all bluff in the end.

For me it looked like the shouting and hate towards liverpool/city fans was far more important than the game itself. They were only concerned with their appearance as hardcore Man U fans.

The rendition by both fans of "If you hate Man United clap your hands" was enough to take care of that.
