Got to say though he does look lazy at times(just the impression he gives maybe he's just relaxed) but he was certainly in the right place at the right time last night.
Bet Robinho's shirt sales increase in Manchester today.

all that money and one point above the drop zone.....

How long 'til the axe falls on Mark Hughes?

It couldn't be long. It was a monumental error for the previous administration to make Sven walk the plank as the scapegoat for what was a decent finish with high promise.

i like how people are going on about all our money...
the fact that we havent had that money to use in a transfer window yet puts that arguement to rest.

Hughes...hmmm...

Robinho? I think that puts to rest the argument you havent used the money in the transfer window....

Without him, you'd be in the drop zone.

We've had ONE DAY of Arab money.

The fact is our league form has gone to sh*t because our squad is nowhere deep enough to play European football — exactly what Bolton and Boro over the last few years.

That was all you needed to get the big buy.

LOL....Boltons squad was just rubbish. Didnt matter how deep it was, and FMD, its only the group stage of the uefa cup, if you cant get through that with resting players.....

sometimes it really doesn't matter how much money you have

I cant see Citeh being relegated but they are dangerously close and playing poorly

its hard to attract marquee players to a team that is near relegation

1. Again, we've had one day of money. Roy Keane spent more than we did in the last 18 months. But the media keep harping on about how all our £100m transfers will ruin football. Let's see what happens in January.

2. Luckily, there are more than three worse teams in the league. Because it could get ugly.

3. THAT is the big problem. Really need a couple of wins to break into the top half, and quickly.

We drop down to SEVENTEENTH after West Ham's draw at Chelsea. With only a positive goal difference keeping us above the relegation spots.

Only Man City could find a way to f**k up so hard.

Really is no other choice. Don't want that Rag double agent to get his hands anywhere near our money.
