The Club has just announced that Andrew Gordon is stepping down from the Board to be replaced by Genevieve Gordon (his sister maybe). They are saying this, and the addition of Ben Creagh, will give the Club a new direction. Doubt is still there.

I really like the idea that Andrew Gordon is stepping down. I don't know much about him except that he did nothing for the Dragons while he was on the board. I have no knowledge at all about Genevieve Gordon and can only hope she has much more desire for success for the Dragons than Andrew ever demonstrated during his tenure! Fingers crossed!

I didn't mind Andrew Gordon. On the few occasions I was in the same room as him, he talked to members like they were real people. Seemed to have a plan to take the club forward. In saying that, nothing changed much in terms of results under his tenureship. The club should be doing much better than it is.

With the newish regime now (Lancaster, Creagh and Coyne), I would love for the dude from the Kings Paul Smith to have another crack at buying out Saints. The newer guys especially Lancaster may be very supportive. I find that since he has been in charge (Lancaster) Saints are making better decisions.
