Oh god now, why oh why mention his name. This thread will now be hijacked.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh the temptations, the temptations, but I resist.

There is a place where the sidewalk ends
And before the street begins,
And there the grass grows soft and white,
And there the sun burns crimson bright,
And there the moon-bird rests from his flight
To cool in the peppermint wind.

Let us leave this place where the smoke blows black
And the dark street winds and bends.
Past the pits where the asphalt flowers grow
We shall walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And watch where the chalk-white arrows go
To the place where the sidewalk ends.

Yes we'll walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And we'll go where the chalk-white arrows go,
For the children, they mark, and the children, they know
The place where the sidewalk ends.

You idiots have just ruined this kids chances of having a good finals series. I happen to know Daniel and he does browse there forums regularly. He is very self conscious and if he reads this thread that could be it for him.

Any player who is self conscious would be best avised to stay away from this forum.

Bobble or not, he speaks well on camera for a young rookie.

Yea i think the same thing. Usually players have to 'grow' into being that well spoken and endearing on camera - but it just seems to come natural to Dan.

He comes across a bit nervous, but he still gets out what he's trying to say, and it's not full of umms and uhhs..

Parra put the boys through alot of media training, yea? Good on them!

Leave the kid alone. He is doing just fine. I'd like to see what most of us would sound and look like if at his age we were staring in a NRL team and the public and media were constantly assessing us and asking questions. He is doing a brilliant job on and off the field.

I think you are so right, he speaks so well, and he is a lovely young man. His family must be very proud of him, he is doing a great job for a guy of his age! Well done D.Morts, we support you!
