That was his whole point. Until any evidence to the contrary comes out, we must assume that the reasons given for Bulgarelli's sacking are correct and justified. Nobody except for Raiders management knows how they reached their conclusions.

Fact 3: Bulgarelli has not yet been questioned by the police.

Breach of conduct has yet to be proven as per a statement from Butterfield. You can't just tell someone they have breached code of conduct and sack them without a hearing. The Player has rights and in this case, according to Butterfield they have been overlooked. (The Canberra Times).
