Let's explain this one last time. Read it slowly, try to let it sink in.

Bulgarelli was sacked for a breach of the conduct clauses in his contract, not for the possible outcome of a police investigation.

I fully understand that, what was the breach of conduct? It appears being linked to the package, he denies any link to the package, the police are now investigating any link between him and the package.
Please tell me you now see the relevence, do now see why it would be prudent to wait for the outcome of a police investigation into a matter which is being used as the basis for a conduct breach, if for no other reason then to protect yourself legally and from a PR perspective if the investigation finds him to be provabily not involved.

He may be charged, found guilty, whatever, my point is that I question the way it has been handled up to this point.

If you think the club has handled this correctly, why do you think the players association has become involved?

I get the feeling that the only experience with business contracts of some people here is the one that came with their mobile phone...

There would be no ordeal if Bulgarelli wasn't sacked. Nobody knew about it in September when the package arrived. The club brought the attention to themselves by sacking Bulgarelli.

I like to enlighten people with my different perspectives. Insider or not, I have a different perspective than most people on this forum so it should make this forum more interesting than usual. Instead, you seem to be rejecting to hear other people's point of view, which seems to defeat the purpose of participating in a forum in the first place.

I'm here to take in what people are saying, and although I disagree with much of it, I realise the more I learn about the situation, the better. From what I've read and printed out from this forum, the defamation of character case is looking promising.

I don't mind the differing opinions, lets understand this.....You COULD be correct, but there is a lot said on the forums, a lot of rumours that are instigated right here. If we here these rumours enough, they seem to become fact.

I am saying its dangerous to be suggesting what hasn't already happened, I am taking this case on face value only

I was referring to the Bulgarelli case. There are plenty of comments on this forum suggesting that his sacking has created public interest in his character....don't you agree? Yes, I did suddenly become interested in this forum after Bulgarelli was projected into the media and yes I do have my reasons which I believe I have just spelled out for you.

I don't think so at all.....I have held the same regard to Bulgarelli (as a player) with or without this situation, I am not that hollow. His performance off the field is something which I did not care about prior (he was crap in my eyes so I had no interest) but when this came out I thought Canberra management TRIED to make it so that we could get along as best we could, but a spanner has been thrown in the works. You say your here to enlighten with different perspectives...but unless the full story is told some of these perspectives would be entirely fictional, ie, if he is found Guilty, then the perspective of Bulgarelli being wrongfully dismissed was bogus. As I said Face Value is important when you are dealing with a case WHICH may have dire consequences

I don't think the sydney media is any different to the brisbane media, the melbourne media, the townsville media, canberra, or melbourne media etc. They all seem to be very interested in the case as it unfolds.

It's a beat up of some sort, however it's still too early to point the finger at any one person or organisation in particular.
