This is a club whose senior official paid for an open bar at their season launch last year, they are hardly a great culture of professionalism!

Time for the NRL to act if/wehn he is found guilty.

It shouldn't be up to clubs, the NRL should have set penalties depending on teh seriousness of the offence.

So the NRL stepped in last year to suspend a Roosters player, but Manly get away with what they want.

Consistency much?

Manly have fined him between $5000 - $10000 sent him off to some sort of counseling, he will also have punishment from the courts so how much more do you want to give him

2 games suspension at least. But it was obvious that was never going to happen given they have Melbourne and Gold Coast to play in the next 2 weeks and they'll need more hands on deck. I wonder if they were playing the 2 bottom sides thay'd have suspended him for a couple? Nah probably not it is Manly we're talking about, they let their players do whatever the hell they please without fear of suspension and this is yet another example of that.

Consistency.

Jake Friend copped a 2 week suspension from the NRL.

The NRL have not done a thing in regards to this.

Why has it changed all of a sudden??

I can't believe some radio stations are still reporting this as fresh news on their news bulletins. What about a bit of info on the upcoming games??
