Well he's the NSW and Kangaroo half. No brainer.Parramatta Eels announce new Captain

Great call. Paulo demoted to just the leadership group? Wasn’t he a co captain previously? Interesting choice with Jack Williams.Parramatta Eels announce new Captain

I’m not surprised Dylan Brown isn’t there. I think he was when BA was the coach.a bit surprised that Williams is in the leadership group, must be highly rated
Dyl was made captain for BA's last 2 x games at the joint quite poetic i think a peanut captaining the BA farewell tour last year.I’m not surprised Dylan Brown isn’t there. I think he was when BA was the coach.
Reminds me a bit of Beau Scott.Dyl was made captain for BA's last 2 x games at the joint quite poetic i think a peanut captaining the BA farewell tour last year.
On Jack Williams in your previous post i like to look of him and was impressed with him on and off the paddock a few weeks ago.
Seems driven and a no nonsense leader just does his job reminds me of Hopgood actually.
Not sure I agree with Jnr holding his spot but given Hoppy and Williams join him its probably fair enough given hes an incumbent. He needs a big season and needs to maintain his playing weight. A repeat of 23 or 24 will see him moved on no doubt.Correct call IMO, so far so good with JR.
And then Browny opened his big mouth. .
Your assessed implications of what I said are completely wrong. There are plenty of third parties qualified to judge the quality of a decision maker and their decisions. Examples are bosses, managers and auditors. In the case of an NRL club, nobody here fits that bill. Not a personal attack, but this post is idiotic.
What you are essentially arguing is that no decision can ever be judged as correct or incorrect by any third party....by your argument, the only person who can evaluate the correctness or merit of a decision is the very person who made that decision. You also seem to be saying that an overall win rate validates their every decision? Wrong.
Nonsense. Here in the real world decisions are evaluated every day based almost solely on what transpires as a result of that decision - much as what Emjaycee said.
f**k I shouldn't have done that, I have just set in train about 300 replies...see you all in a week or so.
I can’t believe in 2025 I now have to “assume” his pronouns since they couldn’t be bothered sharing them on this big day which has potentially ruined he/him, she/her or they/thems day FFS!
But not the winner. Who is his pick?
He has good little birds which he lends to you occasionally.
No Jane Evans was one of the worse - about 2 years past his use by date when we got him.
I no longer share scoops on the internet...it just makes it more enjoyable when i see merkins piss their knickers for no reason whatsoever.
Actually, anyone with two legs and a heartbeat is qualified to give an opinion on the decision.Your assessed implications of what I said are completely wrong. In the case of an NRL club, nobody here fits that bill.
I can tell you Ryle got Williams for a reason. The same way a Manu Mau, Beau Scott etc existed. Someone that’s a hard merkin who’ve looking over his shoulder to see who’s with him and calling out those who aren’t.Great call. Paulo demoted to just the leadership group? Wasn’t he a co captain previously? Interesting choice with Jack Williams.
