If the girl 'came on' to him and she knew, eg: she's guilty, why would she put herself through this harrowing trial. If the police worked out that she was mentally unstable when they interviewed her over her allegations, then why did this case go to court?

Why did the jury find him innocent within an hour?

Surely you have better things to do?

He was found not guilty on all three counts.

Case and discussion closed.

Who knows why you drop kick. If you'd cared to read anything about the case you'd know that the girl has a mental disorder that has given her hallucinations and a pretty shaky grip on reality. Could also be her old man seemed to be a class A fraudster that he saw an opportunity to make some cash. Who knows why she went through with it.

Guess the same as we'll never know why idiots refuse to look at the facts in front of them and blindly believe someone is guilty of a crime just because they want them to be.

As for why did the police go on with the case? hahahaha. Yeah good point - the police win so many cases they take to trial!!!

Grow up.

FFS!

The judge gave the jury a very clear and pointed warning about the potential flaws in the victim's evidence before they retired.

If they returned a guilty verdict, His Honour may not even have accepted it.

The Police should have real good look at how they tried to strap this case together. I mean everything.

Anyone who still thinks hes guilty, they should flog themselves stupid with a gavel.

This guy has been all but destroyed. Its very worrying. It could be you or me next time.
