I like Brown, but I would hate him at the tigers. Despite what tiger fans and I sometimes say, I think Sheens should stay for a while. He is the reason the tigers got Ellis and Tuqiri, two marquee buys to the club, which makes the tigers not only premiership contenders, but one of the most recognizable club in the NRL. The tigers were complete shambles before Tim Sheens came, and he won a premiership with them within 3 years. Unless that coach is Wayne Bennett, I don't see how the tigers will benefit from a new coach.

f**k sake Gaba. Give it a rest. As a Dragon, I love Brownie, but its in the past for us.

I'm surprised you're not plumping for him to replace Pearce as the Roosters half back.

I'd love brown at the tigers, he is a very smart coach who just started at saints way too early

imo Brown has a lot to offer, and will be in high demand within the next 5 years. I think Gaba's list actually has some merit, although it's closer to 'coaches that could get the chop this year'

yeah Brownie style would suit the teams like tigers and the ones named.

I can see it now, Wests Tigers are playing off against Brisbane for the right to host a home final in the 2012 season and the loser of the match will be relegated to 7th or 8th to face the red hot Roosters team undefeated for two seasons (ha!) and Brown makes the tough decision to drop Benji Marshall from this final round epic matchup at Sandcorp to bring in Beau Ryan instead.

Brownie's too busy being Brownie. He has the air of being everyone's mate (despite when Barrett makes quips about Mrs Brown's small tits during a game at Brookie).

Brownie just doesn't have the grump persona that the likes of other more successful coaches. I mean, almost all his charges loved Big Jack, but I bet hoe rarely turned up to training busting to share his latest Irish joke with them.

Junior development/talent scout?

Brownie would have learnt to be tougher on players, anmd wont let them overrule him again.

Also he would have also learn to punish players who dont execute his plans.

But as i said in another post, im biased towards those coaches who have game plans.

Yes Bennett is number 1

But Brownie is a master in technical and tactical game plans
