I was the Parramatta team captain but it is hard to win with only two players so the dogs were nice enough to merge with us.

Well, if a Parra team does re-emerge in the future, then my allegiance would obviously be there, but for now, I'm declaring myself available to the Parra/Dogs merged team (if you want me, that is).

Ok team, sorry I've been away a couple of days but I've actually had to do some real work in the real world - and yes it sucks, roll on retirement day.

First things, welcome aboard Eels2win. I can't respond to your PM because I get some error message referring to Yahoo mail (of all things) - I'll have to take it up with Willlow. BTW - do I know you from any other boards? Do you go by any other nics? And should I refer to you as Mr or Miss/Mrs Eels?

However, I'm still writing something up so come Wed arvo, if I see we've only got 4 or less posts up - I'm posting.

Captain Bulldogs, can you please write up something also incase we need a reserve? If you're not required this round you're up next round V The Bunnies. Keep an eye on this thread Wed arvo and if I think we're short by say 6 PM - I'll give you notive you're in and too post - so have something ready.

I'm fairly new to forums in general but was a regular on the Eels official forum for the last month or so, before it was tragically closed (fingers crossed it might open again). I posted on there with the same nic and am not known by any others.

Anyway, I've stumbled over here and thought the Forum 7's concept was a great idea.

I'm definitely male... well at least I was last time I checked.

I've got 2 articles saved on my work computer and will post one of them on Monday. Just have to decide which one, polish it up a little and post it up. One of them might have to be revised to include the refereeing from the Sharks vs Eels game.

Have had a quick study of the Newtown team. Granted, they are quality but also appear the be the darlings of the competition -- a David and Goliath battle looms.

To jag a victory will require us to zig when they zag, give 110% percent, and other like clichés.

And Team, as a general rulw keep an eye on this thread every 2nd day or so. Any Parra-Dog business will be conducted here - it's easier and more informative than posting PM's and/or emails all over the place.
