Won't matter. Holdsworth will rip your boys a new one ;-) And Shifty will definitely give Hodges a test this time.

wasn't it refreshing to not see the second man play last night, instead seeing Hunt create some play himself with a good ball to Tate that saw him score.

It was great not to see that bloody 2nd man play. Brisbane showed some variety.

Even better. Hodges is lethal at fullback as he showed in R24. Hunt, we can contain.

And Hodges has not been lethal at centre????????????
There is no Willie Tonga there to contain him.

Did you watch Hunt last night?

Hodges is a defensive liability and the Dragons showed how to shut him down, pin him down into the left hand corner where your forcing him to step off his weaker side. The Warriors paid the price the week before by kicking to him on the full in the centre of the field all day.

And Hodges will still be given a roaming commission, he was still popping up all around the place last night.

the forward clash will be a great contest (always is, im just hoping they dont get us for a 3rd time in a row), their backs are what worry me, they can be dangerous near your line, and with players like webce, thorn, civoneceva(sorry, i think thats how you spell it), they can be very dangerous, i think it will come to the impact of the bench, that decides which of the 2 teams win

im guessing Ben roberts will play centre for us, i think he had a good game against canberra, sonny bill should go back to forward (were he belongs)

SBW should come off the bench. He would be lethal with being fresh and his ability create 2nd phase play.

Hmmmm...

Line up predictions?

Patten, El Masri, Roberts, Emelio, Utai, Holdsworth, Sherwin, Shrek, Hughes, Big Roy, Big Willie, Bobcat, Maitua. Bench of SBW, McIlwain, Myles & Armit.

Two reps sitting on the bench. Apart from the lack of Tonga, how good is that lineup!

Roy will not start...may not even play.
Your centres are not in the same class as Tate and Hodges.
Utai is good, but always has a mistake in him.

As i said before...it all comes down to the forward battle

1. Karmichael Hunt
2. Darius Boyd
3. Brent Tate
4. Justin Hodges
5. Tame Tupou
6. Darren Lockyer
7. Shane Perry
8. Shane Webcke
9. Shaun Berrigan
10. Petero civoniceva
11. David Stagg
12. Sam Thaiday
13. Tonie Carroll

14. Brad Thorn
15. Ben Hannant
16. Corey Parker
17. Casey McGuire

3 reps on the bench, how good is that side? We could make it 4 if we replaced Hannant with Carlaw.

it looks like a great line-up,
i think if maitua and asotasi play(which is most likely a 50/50 chance), i think they will play off the bench

Massive photo of big roy Pumping along in full stride.

I'll pop a few quotes in here and there but I won't reference the whole article... which is mainly about him saying he's confident he'll be cleared for Friday.

- completed his first field session on Thursday.
- recovery is ahead of schedule and he's confident of being cleared for Friday
- "The doctors are telling me everything is looking good - I'm giving myself every chance"
- he won't find out til Tuesday whether he can play (from the specialist).
- he's still restrcited to straight-forward movement. Lateral movement and contact will be tested out over Sunday/Monday/Tuesday before a decision is made.
- "It's been a nervous wait. I don't want my career at the Bulldogs to end like this"
