It’s getting worse by the week on the Triple M Sunday show. Dobbo still seems to largely be going along with the ‘banter’, but it is a relentless barrage of 3 (Hooper, Tallis and disappointingly James Graham) vs Dobbo… Dobbo made some tongue in cheek ‘I’m calling HR’ type references, and the three bone heads had a chuckle about ‘not another walkout’…. Even if they’re good mates and it is all totally in good humour and Dobbo is up for it, given what went on with Maroon, the optics are not good at all, and I can’t believe Triple M are allowing it to go on. I’d argue the jokes aimed at Dobbo are far worse than the tax office type jibes at Maroon, as they’re often about his weight and his health. And even when Dobbo makes a really good point, all three will just gang up against him - there’s times where I’ve heard Tallis arguing a point on NRL360, Dobbo then makes a similar point on the Sunday show and Tallis will take the complete opposite stance, just so him and the other 2 can pile on….
I really like listening to James Graham, but he’s lowering himself to Hoopers standards on that Sunday show. A real shame.
Can’t believe Triple M are not stepping in! Dobbo has made a few references to them ganging up on him, which may well be tongue in cheek, but there may also be an element of truth in what he’s saying… many a true word said in jest…..
