Yeah but we aren't making a detour to Brisbane. Unless you come home in my suitcase this weekend.

Probably get them when you arrive at the ground, Bruce Stadium doesn't exactly get packed out so there should be no probs.

I hope all you guys are ringing club reception and leaving your names....9523-0222 :D

For the people staying in Canberra a few of us are meeting up for a late dinner after the game at the Hogs Breath cafe in Civic, anyone interested in joining us are more than welcome.

Bring lots of jumpers. It will be hell freezing, especially if you stay overnight. Hopefully there aint no wind chill or the game will be unbearable to sit through as you try and keep yourself warm. Might pay a visit to Hogs Breath before hitting some of the night clubs ;-)

I'm a Canberra local and I strongly advise anyone making the trip south to wear every piece of clothing you've got. Two pairs of Explorer socks, worn at the same time, is a must. And I'm not joking. It was -6 overnight on Sunday and you can add another few for wind chill.

At 5:30, the sun will already be down below the Mal Meninga stand and you'll feel like you are wathcing the game from inside a freezer. Blankets and a cushin are also essentials as those seats are very cold.

Will you all be down in the SE corner again? I had my son with me and watched last season's game from the "comfort" of the Mal Meninga stand, missing out on the opportunity to come down and say G'day. Hopefully, I'll get the chance to pop down and I also hope the scoreline is considerably different.

If we can repeat the form of the game against the Pony Boys week in week out, we can beat anyone.

I'll think about it. If my old man comes then I'll be driving. If not I'll grab the bus.
