We should be looking at Peachey as a long term asset to the club. I'd love to see him in a scouting/development role after he retires, especially if the NRL's plan to "allocate" country areas to clubs comes about. I'd say his value in attracting blokes from country areas, and not just Kooris, would be invaluable to the club. At the very least it would be a positive step after all our complaints of poor recruitment.

Well said, I coached first grade in the group 17 comp a couple of years ago and there are so many good players out there waiting to be signed. I even rang the club to find out about how one of theres guys could get a trial with the Sharks, Now I'm not kidding when I say this bloke was as fast or even IMO faster than stinky, could tackle like Gallen and to top it off could kick goals from all over the field this kid had it all. He didn't get a trial because he was and I quote 20 and they where only trailing 19yr olds. So yeh give Peach a job as scout out west the rewards will be fantastic. Oh yeh let him have one more year as well :D

There is no denying that the Sharks do perform better when Peachy is out there.

And he may not have the attacking flair of past seasons, but his experience on the field makes a big difference.
Peachey deserves to play out his career with the sharks, he has stuck with the club through the good and the bad.

Give him one more year

i am a huge Simmons fan but he is underdone he isnt ready to be our number one fullback he needs time to learn off peachey and learn how to defend and tackle big guys learn where to run and pick out lazy defenders.

simmons is a piece of meat which isnt fully cooked and peachey is the barbaque geting him ready

Hadley was back to his best this morning
I got in a mate's car and he had Hadley on

Hadley was trying to reunite Telstra with a cabcharge book that one of his listeners had found and called up 2GB to report (why he didnt ring Telstra direct I'll never know)

Anyway it was vintage Hadley - didnt require any initiative or brain power

I am getting sick of all the anti-Peachey SH*T! after all he has done for the club! Plus he still has good form! enough is enough! just drop it and see what happens!
