I wish to quote our assistant coach, Matthew Elliott who last week said:

"I don’t see anything other than Cam being at the Dragons for a long time."

I doubt this is a lie from him, just an example of the ongoings at such a disjointed, disunited club.

they should settle down once there back in school
@Craigshark , this is how you do it:
Simple @jak, maybe you should head back to school and learn the difference between "there, their and they're".
To carry on a little further, and please dispute me if I'm wrong.
To the heart of it, Dragons fans are really upset about McInnes signing with the Sharks because it shows that the Sharks are a progressive team, who are trying to adapt to the new rules.
Erstwhile, the Dragons are still lagging behind in what is considered the new state of play.
McInness is straight along the the new (old) prototype lock, ie: Cam Murray, Victor Radley, and dare I admit it, the old style, Johnny Raper. A ball playing extra to the spine.
The inability to recognise this shows more about your club as a whole.

edit: oh and @muzby your fake injury concerns may fool the Phantom, but sorry, I know full well that Cam is injury free. Good try though!

He’s as much like Johnny Raper as i’m like Brad Pitt.

As I understand it he wanted 4 years the Dragons wouldn’t give him that, add in he wanted to live in Sydney and IMO he was never staying. Yes an inspirational player but that’s life he didn’t want to be there so we all move on and personally I think the Sharks will regret giving him a 4 year contract.

With McInnes you know what you going to get. I think at that price Sharks will be well pleased with getting him for the 4 years.

If he committed to the Dragons for 4 years you would have been negative about it?
