Even just having a "One Off" $5 ALL AREAS", would fill the stadium once a season against a poor drawing team like the Cowboys.
Offer discounts on merchandise and food. Even if we made a loss, we're opening up the stadium to potential new season ticket holders.
You have to spend money to save money.

I have many more ideas, but I'll save them for another time.........when I HAVE more time.

That is true. I've ideas myself but cannot really be bothered writing them down right now. I think there's many things the club could do to improve crowds, but a lot of that is dependent on our deal with Parramatta stadium trust too I gather. I think now that the NRL and clubs have realised that membership is the way of the future, we'll see lot of improvement in promotions over the next couple of years to entice people to want to become members and get back to our game being about fans as opposed to corporate deals, it seems the general vibe is at least heading down that path and will only get better.

forget it-$25 to see basicaly a training run...Persoanly i think trials should be free.Might help get more fans to the game once it kicks off....
They could hand out coupons perhaps for the main games-buy one and a friend pays 50%.
I thought $10 last year was a bit rich....

I hope you are right.
Plenty of water needs to flow under the bridge however. Some of which, you have mentioned.
Hopefully, we'll see some positive initiatives. From a marketing point of view, it can't be that hard.
From a financial point of view though, it may be a little different.

This is why i believe all trial games should be at suburban grounds that are up to scratch and mostly in areas that don't get league during the season. Would keep ticket prices down to a minimum and allow people who normally don't get to see the players live a chance to. May even get a few new supporters.

After that traffic's pretty solid until late Monday night. Thank God I got out of Sydney.
