Can anyone help me date an old jersey

I have an old, signed St George jersey and I would like to date it. I think it is around 1993. The sleeves have Newmans Kogarah on them and the back Penfolds Wines. The jersey is No. 9. The jersey label says "Westmont for Ian Palmer PH 5993248".

The names I can work out are:

No.9 would have to be Snoopy Collins. Not in your list but he played first grade from 91-94 including the '93 grand final at hooker.

I agree that #9 was almost certainly wayne Collins. Browny used to come on after an hour and replace him wearing the old #35

The key to dating the jersey is the Newmans badge on the sleeve. Is it rectangular or square?
