Sorry mate, he plays for the Cougars (Panthers first division team), and the way the draw has been structured, they don't play curtain-raisers before the Panthers games - they play on another night and at another place.

So I haven't seen the Cougars play that much this year, so I don't know how Royal has been going.

Yeah same, i think i've only seen the premiers play once this year and I didnt take much notice if Jesse was even playing that day.

Are you a member of the official Panthers site? And have you tried asking there? The local Penrith fans who get to watch them might have more info for you Carl.

I'm not quite sure if other clubs have news of their juniors on their websites but the panther one doesnt apart from their profile and I wish we could get some sort of match reports for them. All we get is who is playing and what the score was.

He is a good product from NZ bartercard Cup, I have no doubt he will be playing first grade this year or next

PP, the draw has been structured so that they play the same teams (majority of the time) as First grade is. And majority of the time, when first grade has a home game, so do Premier League. Unfortunately, we are have only seen the Cougars grace Penrith Stadium once this season (against Newcastle in Round 1) as they have played the remainder of their "home" games at St Marys (Western Weekender Stadium) and that'll be the same this weekend when we play Souths on Sunday - PREMIER LEAGUE ARE PLAYING ON SATURDAY AT ST MARYS - I am getting bloody annoyed that not more of the Premier League games have been played at Penrith Stadium as a curtain raiser to 1st grade - JUST CHECKED THE PANTHERS SITE AND AFTER THIS WEEKEND, THE COUGARS WILL PLAY THE MAJORITY OF "HOME" GAMES AT PENRITH UNTIL THE START OF AUGUST (Suppose I had better stop whinging now hey  )

Here are the details of gate and game times for the coming weekend clash against the Rabbits at Penrith Stadium.

Round 9 - 2.30pm Sunday May 9th - Vs Rabbitohs

10.45am - Gates open

11.10am - Jim Beam Cup: Windsor Wolves V Sydney Bulls

12.50pm - Jersey Flegg: Panthers V Rabbitohs

2.10pm - Pre-game entertainment: Welcome from Scott McRae, Junior League Relay, Season Ticket draw, Krispy Kreme draw, The Panthers Cheerleaders, Player profiles

2.30pm - 1st Grade - Penrith Panthers V South Sydney Rabbitohs
3.10pm - Half time
3.20pm - 2nd half begins
4.00pm - Finish (plus injury, stoppage time)

COUGARS PLAY ON SATURDAY 8 MAY AT WESTERN WEEKENDER STADIUM, ST MARYS at 1PM

Yeah because they are St Marys/Penrith - half their home games are played at Penrith Stadium while the other half are at Western Weekender Stadium.
