It wouldn't surprise me if he did end up winning it... I think it would be great to see.

It's generally in the first week of the finals... all depends if he gets a weeks rest to have Mad Monday with the boys and that.

Well he should be there then.

The only thing that im gonna hate if he wins it is that opposing fans will call it rigged, biased etc.

I thnik Orford is a real chance. Depends if he playes well in the remaining games. Prince and Marshall must be up there too.

Johns was on 9 points when it went underground. Since then they have played Origin III, Cronulla, Parramatta, Melbourne & Cowboys.

I would think that he would get the following votes:

Origin II - 2
Cowboys - 2
Parramatta - 3
Melbourne - 3
Cronulla - 2

That would put him on 19 points. However Prince was right up then went voting stopped being published. He has been white hot in recent weeks and one of the main reasons the Wests Tigers are going from strength to strength. Fingers crossed 'cause it would be good to see him add another to the mantle piece.

Didn't he also finish 2nd in 2000 (to Barrett), 2001 (to Preston - but was ineligble anyway through suspension) and was leading in 2003 prior to injury (but it did not get awarded that year due to dispute with RLPA?

And if he doesnt win he would still be a very good chance of the People's Choice Provan-Summons medal I would suggest.

They could just rename that the 'Andrew Johns People's Choice Award'. I wouldn't have been surprised if he was close to the top in voting again last year.

yeah, they said that he was close to winning it last year even though had played something like 2 and a half games.

Seriously, why the f**k do you hang around here?

 FFB to go post in a thread were Alba has posted a photo so you can drool over her and pull your "smooth" moves over the internet.

Loser.
I'm a mate of Phillips even though I dont support Parramatta.

And RABK - nice Crusade Photos but last time I checked Australia was a free country. Maybe he has fun upsetting very thin skinned Knights supporters. It takes all types in an Open Forum doesnt it? Is he doing any harm? If not then let him be!

By the way was Dustin Cooper laughing at you or with you? LOL

btw - To stay on topic. Yes of course Joey can still win the Dally M's. Now wouldnt that be funny if he manages to be the Dally Player of The Year and the Knights manage to win the Wooden Spoon for 2005. I dont think thats ever happened before. :p

The problem is that Prince is still picking up points as well. The Tigers have been on fire, and he has been one of their best every week. I'd say he'd have got another 2 points this week (I'd say Benji would have got the 3).
