thats what i mean o thick one, cause whichever side wins will bring your miserable little squad down to earth !

:D
Someone has to win whatever happens, why tomorrow? Why not yesterday or better yet, the actual night of the game? I guess it's because you have nfi.

You have to love the ego's. The Storm will hand it to them next week. A few weeks ago there was almost nothing for the Storm to play for and they still won.

are u refering to the eels game ?

Souths/Manly was as boring as batsh*t. Orford got that bullsh*t penalty and Souths gave up.
It was a boring game yet it made tonight's game seem like the '89 grand final. Honestly, the amount of drop ball and the complete lack of intensity was sooo tiresome. The Eels had nothing in the opposition 20.

Take away a fluky try off a rebound, an intercept and a soft one when the game was completely over, you have 1 try for the match. You're playing Melbourne next week, ffs.

Anyone who watched Parra vs Storm this season knows the Eels are exactly the type of team that can beat the Storm or any team on their day, but Storm deserve favouritism for their consistency.

No reputation?

Surely you jest.

Melbourne have become one of the most arrogant sides in the comp, they are all about reputation. If they lose next week to parra, it will be still talked about in 3007 as the biggest capitulation in the game.

Melbourne have a massive reputation now and expectation is gradually becoming the mammoth shoulder of burden, if they dont win it this year, this side will never win it.

The pressure is all on them. if parra can hold onto the ball, they will win, plain and simple.

I'm well aware Melbourne have a reputation, i was simply saying they won't be relying on that reputation to win them the game alone like the dogs did tonight.

And because they're the better team. They also happen to be playing at home. "Their consistency" lol. As if you're trying to say "our best is better than theirs".

Quit your delusions for a second. Do you realise how badly the Storm have to be off their game for the Eels to win? 2005 2nd Preliminary Final-esque.

Really any team left can win, throw the form out the window, look at parra a few weeks back, couldn't beat sharks or Dragons and then smash Broncos ( who had half their side out ), out muscled the Warriors (no said the eels could win a game like that) and now have beaten the so called best pack in the comp at their own game.
If Parra Defend like they have the last 2 weeks and hold the ball in attack they could put a score on the Storm who be lacking a bit of match fitness after the week off, remember 2005? Both the teams that had the week off were really off their game.
