FIVE RETURN FOR HOME QUALIFYING FINAL

7/09/2010 2:24:31 PM

The St George Illawarra Dragons will this week welcome back the five regular first graders who missed last week’s match for Sunday’s Home Qualifying Final at WIN Jubilee Oval against the Sea-Eagles.
Captain Ben Hornby along with Trent Merrin, Jamie Soward, Jeremy Smith and Dean Young were all unavailable against the Rabbitohs but will return to the side for the Finals Series.
Coach Wayne Bennett has left his options open naming a 21-man squad for the fixture with four to be omitted prior to kick-off on Sunday.
“It will be good to get back out there this week and play in front of the Red V Members and fans at WIN Jubilee,” Hornby said.”It was disappointing to not play last week but receiving the Minor Premiership in front of our home crowd was something special.”
Unavailable Dragons are: Peni Tagive (ACL - 2011), Dan Hunt (Achilles – 2011)

So if I have something positive to contribute about Manly and/or am curious to get some Eagles' viewpoint on something am I allowed to post elsewhere or am I only allowed in this thread? Because this thread is kind of boring and a bit nasty and doesn't really represent me as a Dragons suppoter.

Is c0ck not good enough for you to smoke? I thought all us Dragon's supporters were c0cksmokers. Your username Hardbaby sounds a bit suss, but I guess so does mine

Btw, I think the Eagles will be well and truly bent over on Sunday arvo.

I don't get it?

We've pretty much without any real troll activity all season, then before the finals have even started Stains fans begin to bait?

If i was a saints fan knowing the past history of the club in finals time i would keep my mouth shut. They are known for running there mouth come finals time and getting owned before the grand final. Im pretty sure they will put 50 on us come sunday but still its funny how they still havnt learnt. Especially after 2005 and the crap they stirred with the tigers only to once again get owned.

Some of you gents need HTFU
Your team on paper is in reality, the future of the Eagles (Less your half and he’s a keeper in any case)
Mattai is a 60:40 proposition in big matches and as likely a send-off candidate as has ever played
If Wotmough can hold together and Perry earns his keep for a change then you’re in with a better chance than many of the teams that have won “upset” games this year.
Personally I’d like an injury free win to the Dragons a second before the hooter by a 55 metre field goal. That would give all of my one-eyed Eagle mates the sh*ts big time
