Would just like to say a tremendous effort by your team yesterday in difficult circumstances injuries and suspensions. We really had to work hard for that win and the score didn't reflect the tight contest.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but you would seriously rather Robbo gets the chop ahead of Tony Williams?

On what basis- speed? ability to read a play? reliability? enthusiam? experience? Without wanting to flog a dead horse, I can think of others in the team who don't possess those skills to the level of Robertson.....

But it will be great to have the luxury of arguing who gets in and who doesn't rather than asking who have we got left to use!!

Guys like Robertson are a dime a dozen.
Guys like Williams are not and he's still only 21.

Wolfman and Oldfield on the wings for me. Robbo's the slowest winger in the game. See him trying to chase down Gasnier and Co, it was like he was on a treadmill.

Look at all the youthful quick wingers running around, and look at ours. The Titans score a multitude of runaway tries because of blokes like Gordon, Zillman, Mead etc. We need speed.

I wouldn't mind those two as our wingers next year. My point was that Robertson should not be dumped ahead of Tony Williams.

Robertson is not the slowest winger in the comp - check the other wing. I agree that we need speed though 100%

And zombie, I disagree with someone calling Robertson a dime a dozen winger. He may be past his best but he's done a great job for Manly and is not one of the wingers in this comp who play 50 to 70 games then disappear into the wilderness. Don't forget the dime a dozen winger lost a season on the wing covering for Stewart doing his best in a position he was clearly not comfortable in. A great clubman and certainly not dime a dozen.

Would love to see Oldfield and David Williams (or Hopoate) on the flanks next year though.

Robertson's ability and potential is much easier to replace than Williams'.

If Robbo was on the opposite wing I reckon we would be lucky to be scored against all year. Robbo cleans up a lot for Matai and is often thrown into 2-1 situations because either Matai or Watmough come out of the line for a shot. He is great under the high ball, takes hit ups when the team needs to get off the line while the props are blowing wind. He doesn't get injured... Scores tries. Dime a dozen.... yeah right.

We should have considered releasing a winger for next season. We desperately need another prop. I'd love to steal a prop of the Dragons or the Roosters. We owe a few poachings from the Roosters now.
