Low penalty counts which QLD exploit to the nth degree with captain cynical running the show make it extremely difficult for any halfback. Not sure if you're all aware for example just how difficult it is to get a decent kick away when you continually have way offside markers charging at you because the refs don't have the balls to penalise particularly at Suncorp where qld do whatever they want.

Ain't no halfback in the world could do any better under those conditions

Is that why every other half in origin has struggled as well? They all have the same conditions yet can perform better.
