St Helens - Paul Sculthorpe
Wakefield - Jason Demetriou
Warrington - Lee Briers
Wigan - Sean O'Loughlin

Obviously Jones has left Catalans now so they will be getting a new captain. Castleford's captain was Andy Henderson although I doubt he will fill that role this year.
